1. About SáréSell

SáréSell operates saresell.ng, a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers in Nigeria. We do NOT hold funds, operate escrow, or process payments between parties. Our role: buyers express interest → admin connects them with sellers → they deal directly.

2. Seller Accounts

Sellers register with accurate info and verify email. To earn the "Verified Seller" badge, sellers submit NIN & BVN. These documents are stored securely and are NEVER visible to buyers — only admin verifies them.

3. Buyers

Buyers do NOT need accounts. They fill a simple form (name, phone, email) to express interest. Admin then connects buyer with seller.

4. Product Listings

All listings are reviewed by admin before publishing. We may reject listings that violate policies or contain misleading information.

5. Transactions

SáréSell does NOT hold funds or offer escrow. All transactions are direct between buyer and seller. Meet in safe public places.

6. Promotions & Badges

Sellers may purchase promotional placements and Verified badges. Prices are set by admin. Payments via Paystack, Flutterwave, or bank transfer.
